Memorial Services for Devin Kilcoin, age 28, of Tucson, Arizona and formerly of Inman will be at 10:30 am on Saturday, October 7, 2023 at Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill with Pastor Wes Thompson officiating. Burial will follow in the Inman Cemetery. Devin passed away after an accident at work on Tuesday, September 26, 2023 in Tucson, Arizona. Memorials may be directed to his family for future designation. Arrangements are entrusted to Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill.

Devin James Kilcoin was born August 1, 1995, in O'Neill, NE to Marty and Lisa (Myers) Kilcoin. Devin grew up around Inman, NE. He lived in Las Vegas, NV, where he met his wife. They were married on August 14, 2020. They settled in Tucson AZ, where Devin was beyond excited to go. He packed up his boat and his wife and headed to Arizona. Devin started working for the City of O'Neill, doing trash and recycling in August 2020, the same month they got married. Then, on January 16, 2023, He started working for Titan Trash and recycling in Tucson.

Devin was hella happy to start working at what he loved doing: finding new things every day, being able to talk to the residents, and joking with them. They'd give him snacks, and lol what they call soda "pop". He loved doing what he did for work. Devin was a simple man; a 12 pack was his favorite.

He loved going on hikes and being outdoors. He loved playing basketball and he loved to find any pond, river, or lake to take a swim in. Then he would have a bonfire and enjoy a cold beer. He loved nature and would hit every camping trip, if possible. Devin loved spending his time annoying and loving on his wife. He loved every chance he got to spend time with his family. Devin loved meeting new people and making them a friend. Devin was a kind soul with a splash of ornery. Devin had a bright future ahead of him. He changed over his life and started a new path my with his wife. He will live on in all the people he touched.

Devin James is survived by his wife, Tierra Young Kilcoin; parents, Marty Kilcoin and wife Kita Kilcoin of O'Neill, NE; mother, Lisa Aldaz and partner Chad Rahn of South Sioux City, NE; siblings, Alicia Parks, Douglas and Karissa Sidak, Dawson Kilcoin, Decemberlyn Kilcoin and partner Shane Becker, Destiny Sidak, Diezel Sidak, Dylan Kilcoin, Addisyn Kilcoin, Braelyn Kilcoin, Phoenix Kilcoin, Tallie (Shaylin) Schrader, Alyssa (CJ) Hampton, Jay Foutch, Michael Foutch and Oliver Foutch; grandmother, Joyce Myers; uncles and aunts, Jody and Randy Morgan, Tracy Kilcoin, Jim and Stacy Kilcoin, Linda Kilcoin, Kari and Coldy Rhodes, Jeff and Beth Shaffer, and Tommy Shaffer; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Devin James is preceded in death by his grandparents, Jim and Sharon Kilcoin and Verdel Myers; and cousin, Scott Schaaf.
