A Graveside Service for JoAnn Timm, age 84, of O'Neill, Nebraska will be Thursday, December 20, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the O'Neill Cemetery.  JoAnn passed away at her home on Saturday December 15, 2018.  Memorials can be made to the family for future designation.  Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill is in charge of arrangements.

JoAnn Helen Timm was born June 13, 1934 near Ewing, NE to Alfred and Doris (Miller) Doud.  She attended country school in Ewing through the 8 ^th grade.  She then went to work on the family farm with her father.

She married Clarence Latzel in Council Bluffs in 1951.  The couple moved to the west coast for a time before returning to the Ewing Area.  JoAnn worked various jobs as a butcher, bartender, and in the hayfield.

In 1971, she met Ron Timm and were married in Lake Andes on March 24, 1995.  They drove truck and worked together for many years.

JoAnn had a deep love of animals, flowers, and gardening.  She was an incredible woodworker and seamstress.

JoAnn is survived by her three children; Dolores Tiedgen and husband Fred of Meadow Grove, NE, Wade Latzel of O'Neill, NE, Bradey Latzel and wife Vicki of Inman, NE; eight grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great grandchild; and one sister, Shirley Moon of Eugene Oregon.

She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ron in 2017; one daughter, Carole Anne Latzel; daughter-in-law, Diane Latzel; sister, Lucille Doud; and brother, Paul Doud.
