A Memorial Mass for Juli Ford, age 61, of Omaha will be 10:30 am Friday, July 30, 2021 at St. Patrick Catholic Church in O'Neill, NE. Visitation and Rosary will be from 5-7 pm Wednesday, July 28, 2021 at St. Thomas More Catholic Church in Omaha, NE. Burial will be in the O'Neill Cemetery. Juli passed away on July 19, 2021 at Josie Harper Hospice House in Omaha, NE after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer.

Juli Inez Ford, daughter of the late Russell & Mary Jo (Muller) Closson, was born May 20, 1960 at Antelope County Hospital, Neligh, NE. She attended Lynch Public School for 12 ½ years before moving to O'Neill and graduating from O'Neill High School in 1978.

On July 3, 1978 she married Jon Ford at O'Neill, NE, they had a daughter, Jessica Toni. They later divorced and Juli had a son, Russell Joe.

Juli attended Central Community College graduating with a degree in accounting. She worked various jobs in IA & NE before making her home in Omaha NE where she was employed at J. Skinner Baking.
Juli passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer on July 19, 2021 at Josie Harper Hospice House, Omaha, NE.

Juli is survived by her 2 children: Jessica Baca, Racine, WI & Russell Ford, Omaha, NE; three grandchildren: Kade Alexander Baca, Rose Inez Baca, & Holly Frances Baca all of Racine, WI; eight siblings: Cheri Closson, Greeley, CO, Curtis Closson, O'Neill, NE, Marde Closson, Las Vegas, NV, Kent (Edyth) Closson, Thornton, CO, Angela (Mario) Montez, Fowler, CO, Rock (Debra) Closson, O'Neill, NE, Scott (Michelle) Closson, Park Hill, MO & Cheleigh (Ben) Sholes; Atkinson, NE; 1 aunt, Marjorie (Ken) Sexton, Edmonton, KY, many nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was preceded in death by her grandson, Austin Jon Baca, her parents: Russell & Mary Jo Closson, and grandparents: Anson & Gladys Closson, James & Sarah Muller.
