A Memorial Mass for Edward "Mike" Michael Gleeson, Jr. age 76, of Falls Church, Virginia will be 10:30 am Saturday, April 25, 2026 at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in O'Neill.  Inurnment will follow in the O'Neill Cemetery.  A Memorial Visitation will be on Friday April 24, 2026 from 5-7pm at Biglin's Mortuary with a Parish Rosary at 6:45 pm.  Mike passed away on December 12, 2025 in Falls Church, VA.  Local arrangements are under the direction of Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill.

Edward Michael Gleeson Jr.  was born on November 15, 1949, the son of Edward and Margaret Gleeson.

Mike's greatest joy in life was being a father.  His son, Eddie Gleeson, was the center of his world and the light of his life.  His love and devotion to Eddie shaped every part of who he was.

Mike deeply loved his family, especially his brothers and sisters, and was known for his quick wit and warm sense of humor.

Throughout his career, Mike helped thousands of people achieve the dream of homeownership, something he took great pride in.  He was a devoted Nebraska Huskers fan and an avid golfer, finding joy both on the course and cheering for his team.

Mike is survived by his son, Eddie Gleeson; his brothers, Patrick, John, and Thomas Gleeson; and his sisters, Mary Catherine Dvorak, Ann Trump, Grace Wiemann, and Elizabeth Gleeson; many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
