Funeral Services for Richard Martin, age 50, of O'Neill, will be at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, November 29, 2017, at Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill.

Visitation will be from 12-2 P.M. at the funeral home before the service.

Burial will be in the O'Neill Cemetery.  Pastor David Martinez will officiate.

Richard passed away on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at O'Neill Care and Rehabilitation in O'Neill.

Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill is in charge of arrangements.

Richard was born on May 15, 1967, in East Chicago, IN, to Harry and Melba (Hare) Martin.  He graduated from Elwood High School in Elwood, NE, in 1987.  Richard married Heather Crosser in Lexington, NE, on August 24, 2002.  Richard worked in Construction most of his life, doing Mason work, road work, and carpentry.  He enjoyed camping, fishing, playing video games and spending time with his family.

Richard is survived by his wife, Heather Martin of O'Neill; two sons, Jayden Martin of O'Neill, Damian Struckbein of Lincoln; two sisters, Tammy Hilibrand and husband, Jeff, of Broken Bow, NE, Pam Stehl Martin, of Wilcox, NE; and one brother, Joe Martin of Oxford, NE.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Melba Martin; one uncle, Fred Martin; one sister-in-law, and one aunt, Callie McClendon.
