Funeral Services for Sandra Sue McGeorge, age 76, of O'Neill, will be at 10:30 A.M., Friday, January 5, 2018, at the Word of Life Christian Center in O'Neill.  Burial will be in the O'Neill Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour before the service at the church.  Sandra passed away Wednesday, January 3, 2018, at Avera St. Anthony's Hospital in O'Neill.  Memorials may be directed to the church or to the family.  Biglin's Mortuary in O'Neill is in charge of arrangements.

Sandra was born on April 7, 1941 in Schuyler, NE, to Ben and Margaret Freeman.  She married Robert McGeorge in 1966; they later divorced.  Sandra was a waitress at Seger's for many years, and she raised her kids by herself. Later on in life, Sandra met the love of her life, Dick Munter, and the two were together for many years.   She loved her church family and was very active in the church for over 20 years.  She was on the women's bowling league for 15 years.  Sandra's dream was to be a police officer and she loved hanging out at the station and talking with her friends there.

Sandra is survived by her 2 daughters; Pamela Seymour and husband Grady, of O'Neill, NE, Brenda Fairbanks of Lincoln, NE, and 4 grandchildren; Collin Raye Nemec, of O'Neill, NE, Cameron Claussen of Orchard, NE, Tonya Gartner of Lincoln, NE, and Kammi Jo Fairbanks of Lincoln, NE, 7 great grandchildren, and many other friends and relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents and special friend, Dick Munter.
